Appears to be "smart" junction box malfunction/failure. Right turn light came on and stayed on like a parking light. Right turn signal front bulb shows bad on instrument panel.

It looks like it may be the Smart Junction Box, (here on out referred to as SJB). I have noticed many people have swapped out their SJB for ones they buy on-line and at the .I have a 2006 Fusion that had the same issue with one of the front turn signals not working due to the SJB (smart junction box).
