To remove existing metal door frame and repair the wall it was attached to would be in my opinion around £200-250/frame approx. It all depend on the time frame required to remove it and fix the damaged wall behind it. It's OK to use either romex cable or individual THHN wires in wiremould. The individual wires in romex cable aren't marked so you should not strip the outer jacket and use the individual cable wires. In a finished space, wiremould looks better than EMT, IMO.
